Points are how you play at Bama Bingo Online! Your account has two point balances: Complimentary Points and Earned Points.
🎁 Complimentary Points
These come from making a donation, joining a promotion, or a bonus. Complimentary Points can be used to play games on the site, but they can't be redeemed for Bingo Strips.
🏆 Earned Points
These are the points you win by playing games on the site. Earned Points can either be used to play more games, or redeemed for Bingo Strips at the Venue. ❤️
🔄 How they work together
When you play, you'll use your Complimentary Points first. Any points you go on to win become Earned Points — and those are the ones eligible for redemption. 🥳
Any Complimentary Points you haven't played through yet will sit in your balance, ready to use — you can check them any time in your account details. 💡
⏳ Do points expire?
Yes — all points are valid for a limited time:
- Complimentary Points expire if not used to play a game within 60 days of receipt.
- Earned Points expire if not redeemed for Bingo Strips at the Venue, or played, within 12 months of receipt.
Unused points may be made null and void at RAMF's discretion once they expire. 😊
