Your account has two "Point" balances - "Complimentary Points" and "Points Won."
Complimentary Points may be received by making a donation, participating in a promotion or a bonus. Complimentary Points cannot be redeemed for bingo strips and may only be used to play games on the site.
You receive Points Won as winnings from playing games on the site. Points Won may either be redeemed for bingo strips at the Bama Bingo Venue or used to play games on the site. ❤️
When you play a game on our site, you will play with any Complimentary Points you have on your account before playing with Points Won. 🥳
If you have not played through your Points received from donations, the Daily Spin or other promotions, they will sit in the Complimentary Points section in your balance. You can check this in your account details! 💡
These Complimentary Points cannot be redeemed with bingo strips. ❌
Earned Points are Points that you have won through our games by playing through your complimentary Points. These points are eligible for redemption. ✅
All points are valid for a certain amount of time!
Complimentary Points expire and may be made null and void at RAMF's discretion if not used to play a game within 60 days of receipt.
Points Won expire and are null and void if not redeemed for bingo strips at the Bama Bingo Hall venue or played within 12 months of receipt. 😊
