If your code isn't working, here are a few quick things to check:
📅 Is it the right day?
Some promo codes are only valid for a limited time, or only on a certain day of the week. If it's entered on the wrong day — or the offer has ended — you'll see an "Expired" error.
🔠 Is it in ALL CAPS with no spaces?
Codes need to be entered in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, with no spaces before, in, or after the code. Otherwise you may get an "Expired" error.
🎁 Is it a promo code or a gift code?
These go in two different places:
- Match play / promo codes → entered in the PROMO box on the Donate screen, before completing a donation.
- Gift codes → entered in your Account, and don't require a matching donation.
Make sure you're using the right box, or you may see an "Expired" error.
