🔄 First, try a refresh
If you've made a donation but don't see your Complimentary Points yet, try refreshing your browser. If the donation was successful, your updated balance should appear straight after.
📋 Still not showing? Check your Donation History in your account:
1. Tap the three dots on the main screen.
2. Select "Account".
3. Go to "Account Activity".
4. Choose "Donations".
This log shows all your donations, so you can see whether each one went through.
