If you've made a donation and don't see your Complimentary Points on your account balance, try refreshing your browser. If your donation was successful, you should see your updated account balance after a refresh.

If you've tried refreshing your page and your donation is still not showing, you can check your Donation History within your account page on Bama Bingo Online. This log will show all of your donations so you can see if your donation was successful or not.
