Self-exclusion is a Responsible Gaming tool for players who are concerned about their gaming.

- You can reactivate your account at any time by contacting Support.
â How does it work?
1. Once you confirm that you'd like to self-exclude, you'll be logged out and access to your account will be blocked.
2. We'll remove you from our marketing databases, so you won't receive notifications from us.
3. We'd also recommend removing Bama Bingo Online from your home screen, and leaving any Bama Bingo social groups.
đȘ What happens to my remaining points?
Any remaining points stay in your account, but they'll still expire on their normal schedule:
- Complimentary Points expire 60 days after they were added.
- Earned Points expire 12 months after they were added.
